DESCRIPTION:SAVE YOUR BREATH 5K TIMED RUN ON THE KENNEBEC RAIL TRAIL AND A WALK IN CAPITOL PARK \nNOVEMBER 8th \nFree ME from Lung Cancer is hosting the 4th annual Save Your Breath 5K run or walk. The runners will have a scenic morning run along the Kennebec Rail Trail beginning at the YMCA and traveling down to Hallowell and return. The walkers will have a beautiful stroll in Capitol Park. The run will be timed by Back 40 Timing Company. Monetary awards will be given to first\, second\, and third place men’s group and women’s group. \nDoors will open at 7am. A ceremony will begin at 7:45am with the run/walk to follow immediately. The run will take place on the Kennebec River Rail Trail from the Y to Hallowell and return. Capitol Park has been reserved for those who wish to walk. \nCEREMONY \nTina Charest – National Anthem \nMayor Dave Rollins – Emcee \nCouncilman Cecil Munson – Reading of the Proclamation \nDave Eid – WGME Channel 13 Sports Anchor  \nCOST \nOnline $25.00 children under 13 $12.50 \nMail In $30.00 children under 13 $15.00 \nEvent Day $35.00 children under 13 $17.50 \nRegistration closes October 22\, 2015 \nTee shirts are included if registration is received before closing date of October 22rd. \nGROUP DISCOUNT  \nA group of 10 – Registration will be $23.00 per participant.
